WSP is seeking graduates to join their Energy Networks (T&D) team in 2027, delivering transmission and distribution infrastructure that connects renewable energy and strengthens grid resilience. Opportunities are available in Newcastle and Scotland, with a two-year Graduate Development Programme to build skills, experience, and professional networks.

You will work with substations, overhead lines, cables, HVDC, and other network solutions, contributing to a secure, lower-carbon energy future

Qualifications

• 2:2 honours or higher in a relevant field.
• Interest in transmission and distribution networks and power systems.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the design and delivery of transmission and distribution infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects.
• Assist in engineering and project delivery for the UK energy network.
