Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking graduates for the Energy Networks (T&D) team to help design and deliver transmission and distribution infrastructure connecting renewables and strengthening grid resilience across the UK. This two-year Graduate Development Programme offers structured learning, mentoring and hands-on project experience, with exposure to substations, overhead lines, cables and HVDC.

• A 2:2 or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Interest in transmission and distribution networks and power systems.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across substations, lines, cables and HVDC.
• Contribute to a secure, low-carbon energy system and help projects across the UK.
