A leading transformation consultancy is looking for a Graduate PMO Analyst to join its team across Essex. In this role, you will contribute to public-sector transformation programs, improving essential community services. The successful candidate will support business change projects, maintaining frameworks, updating plans, and engaging stakeholders. This position offers a starting salary of £28,000, and applicants must have a minimum 2:1 degree in any subject, with the ability to work on-site full-time.

Qualifications

• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any subject.
• Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.
• Ability to be on site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support successful delivery of business change projects.
• Maintain frameworks and standards for project delivery.
• Update project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Manage RAID logs and mitigate delivery risks.
• Produce performance reports ensuring high standards.
