Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Graduate Planner in Peterborough (Hybrid). You will support the planning of a major potable water transfer project, assisting with programmes, milestones and lookaheads from day one.

We offer structured training, support for professional accreditations and real project experience across the SPA. A 2:2 or higher in a relevant field is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a 2:2 degree or above in a relevant field.
• Interest in project controls, scheduling or infrastructure delivery.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to learn quickly.
• Full UK driving licence, or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed programmes using planning software.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, delays or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to coordinate milestones.
• Support reporting, dashboards and lookahead schedules.
