Rentokil Initial is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover Watford and surrounding areas. The role includes a 6–12 month initial period with industry-leading training and progression opportunities across a defined geographic area.

You will inspect premises, address pest issues, advise customers on hygiene, and complete visits with professional service and detailed reports. A science/management background supports your success.

Qualifications

• Science/BSc degree or BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Ability to interact with customers daily.
• Willingness to pass a DBS check where required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Tackle pest problems and remove evidence of pest behaviour.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene of premises.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image.
