Rentokil Pest Control in Telford is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to join our team and cover the Telford area. You will receive full training with no prior experience required, and the role offers a clear career path within Rentokil Initial.

The position starts with on-site field work, regular customer interactions, and comprehensive industry-recognised training. A 2.2 degree in a science-related subject or a related business BA, plus a UK driving licence, are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism
• A full UK driving licence
• A desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises
• Completing accurate reports after every visit
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times
