Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover Telford and surrounding areas. You will work in-field, visiting customer sites to inspect for pests and resolve issues, while providing practical advice on hygiene and maintenance.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; a full UK driving licence is essential. The role offers a competitive package with a company vehicle and opportunities for overtime and career progression.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude required.
• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at level C/4 or above is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Tackle pest problems and remove evidence of pest behaviour.
• Provide advice on maintenance and hygiene to customers.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Maintain professional image and deliver excellent customer service.
