Job summary

LCP is a leading actuarial and analytics consultancy delivering pensions, energy, insurance and investments solutions. We are seeking a Graduate Analyst to join the Pensions & Investment Technology team in London, applying C# coding with SQL and front-end exposure.

You will learn to translate pension concepts into code, work in an agile environment with Azure DevOps, and contribute to key internal models. Training and professional development are core to the role.

Qualifications

• A Level Maths A Grade.
• Degree educated (minimum 2:1) in STEM or on track to achieve a 2:1.
• Strong problem solving, numeracy and analytical skills.
• Some prior coding experience, either self-taught or through formal learning.

Responsibilities

• Learn to translate pension and investment concepts into code through our graduate training programme and on-the-job learning with a team of experienced developers.
• Develop software in an agile way, using Azure DevOps.
• Work on internal models like Visualise, adding new functionality and helping resolve client issues.
• Balance a range of tasks, prioritising and keeping the team updated on progress.
