The role blends training with hands-on software development in a collaborative, high-performing environment, using C#, SQL and Azure DevOps, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving, numeracy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• A Level Maths A Grade.
• Degree educated (minimum 2:1) in a STEM subject or current student aiming to achieve 2:1.
• Strong problem solving, numeracy and analytical skills.
• Technology skills with some coding experience.
• Ability to learn new skills and apply them to coding.
• Enjoy working with numerical models and complex data.
• Professionalism, reliability and deadline discipline.
• Ownership mindset and time management.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Learn to translate pension and investment concepts into code through graduate training and on-the-job learning.
• Develop software in an agile manner using Azure DevOps.
• Work on internal models like Visualise, adding functionality and fixing issues.
• Balance multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and keep the team updated.
• Collaborate across models and liaise with pensions/investment experts to test new functionality.
