LCP is an award-winning actuarial and analytics consultancy. This graduate analyst role involves joining several client teams on a variety of projects, from valuations to governance, and using our in-house software to model pension cashflows and prepare client reports.

We provide a tailored graduate training programme over three years to build technical abilities and soft skills, with study support for professional qualifications and close collaboration with leading professionals in the sector.

Qualifications

• A Level Maths A Grade
• Degree with a 2:1 classification or on track to achieve it
• Strong problem solving, numeracy and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and perform calculations at individual and scheme level, including valuations
• Use in-house software to model pension scheme cashflows and prepare client reports
• Draft advice, letters and reports for clients
• Attend internal and client meetings
• Support governance and risk management for pension schemes
• Communicate with clients and other advisers on projects
• Work on pension risk transfer and post-transaction projects
• Prepare figures and analyse the impact of pension schemes on balance sheets
