Job summary

Isio in Croydon is offering a structured Early Careers graduate role in Pensions Consulting. You’ll support governance, meetings, budgets and changes impacting pension schemes while developing consulting, organisational and communication skills.

You’ll join a permanent role with structured training, formal qualifications support, and a buddy system to help you settle in and progress with PMI qualifications.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to organise information, priorities and deadlines
• Interest in pensions, business and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Help prepare trustee meeting agendas and coordinate meeting papers
• Prepare governance materials and scheme returns
• Attend client meetings and draft meeting minutes
• Track actions and ensure deadlines are met
• Support employee communications and newsletters
• Help clients respond to governance changes affecting pension schemes
• Review processes and propose improvements for client delivery
• Assist with annual budget planning and adviser costs
• Contribute to proposals for new business opportunities
• Coordinate with colleagues to deliver client outcomes
