Base pay range

WeDiscover is offering selected graduates the opportunity to join our Early Careers scheme, starting in September 2025. You will be joining one of the best businesses to work for in the UK, becoming part of a scheme which was awarded Best Next Generation Initiative award at the UK Company Culture Awards. Through this you’ll learn from the best in the industry to become a full-time Junior Paid Search Executive or Junior Paid Social Executive at the Best Agency in Europe.

This is an entry-level role designed for individuals with little to no prior paid media experience. The programme begins with an intensive, face-to-face training period, blending group learning, hands-on practice, and 1:1 mentoring from some of the best in the industry. If you already have significant experience in paid media, this scheme likely isn’t the right fit - but if you’re ready to learn, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed.

What you will learn from your training:

• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Digital marketing career paths.
• Advanced document writing skills.
• Career skills e.g. understanding deep work, effective calendar management and how to negotiate with other parties.
• Understand user journeys from pre-click to post-click.
• How to manage multi-million pound paid media campaigns.
• Build, optimise and manage campaigns across the biggest paid advertising platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
• Work with the Technology team to test new bespoke solutions for our clients.
• How to work closely with large global companies and independent exciting startups.
• How to work directly with clients, building trust and relationships and representing the agency.

The training scheme won’t just cover the introductions, it’ll set you up for years of success with advanced technical and business skills.
