Job summary

RWE Generation UK is launching a 2026/2027 graduate scheme focused on Operational Technology (OT) and Cyber Security. You will rotate through control and instrumentation, OT security and operations and maintenance roles across multiple assets.

Willingness to travel regularly is essential, and you will train with our partner providers to prepare for a career in OT with RWE. The programme is full-time and fixed for 18 months, offering external training, hands-on placements, and potential

Qualifications

• Degree in automation, computer science, cyber security, electronics or mechatronics; Masters level preferred.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Business fluent in English.
• Willing to travel and relocate; financial support provided.
• Open to learning with on‑the‑job training and external courses.

Responsibilities

• Undertake placements in control and instrumentation (C&I), OT security and operations & maintenance (O&M).
• Travel regularly to assets domestically and internationally as part of the programme.
