Job summary

RWE Generation UK is recruiting for its FlexGen Graduate scheme, a full-time fixed-term 18-month engineering rotation program across Biomass, Gas, Hydro or Hydrogen assets. You will undertake rotations on a power asset, during outages, safety, and a commercial rotation with RWE Supply and Trading.

You will rotate domestically or internationally; a base location is provided and travel is required, with costs covered and pastoral support offered.

Qualifications

• 2:1 bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar discipline.
• Learning mindset and openness to new experiences.
• Willingness to travel during and after the programme.
• Interest in Power Generation and a passion for Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations on a power generating asset during normal operation and outages.
• Engage in a safety-focused rotation and a commercial rotation with trading.
• Attend technical and non-technical trainings with the graduate cohort.
