Job summary

RWE Generation UK is launching a 18-month, full-time fixed-term Graduate scheme designed to develop engineers across Biomass, Gas, Hydro or Hydrogen assets. You will rotate through assets, outages, safety and commercial placements with support from a buddy and a mentor to build a strong foundation for your future career.

Your base location will be your starting point, with rotations potentially domestically or internationally.

Qualifications

• A learning mindset and openness to try new experiences.
• A willingness to travel, both during your programme and after.
• A passion for Engineering and an interest in Power Generation.
• Some Engineering work experience is preferred, ideally in a Year in Industry position.

Responsibilities

• A shift on a power generating asset.
• During an outage at a power station.
• A short rotation in the safety department.
• A rotation with a commercial focus, in our RWE Supply and Trading business or something similar.
