We design, develop and manufacture high-tech capital equipment for the semiconductor and related global markets. Working alongside our existing Planning Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing best practice methodology in all Planning and material control functions. This will include carrying out and assisting in the following capabilities and responsibilities.

Purpose of the Role:

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish a career in a fast-growing, award-winning, global semiconductor company with a clearly defined career development path.

This position is part of our 2024 Graduate Programme and will commence in September 2024.

Following extensive onboarding and introduction, you will join our Graduate Development Programme, which includes: technical classroom training, soft skills development, team building, corporate responsibility activities, and placements across various process teams. No prior skills or knowledge are required; full on-the-job training will be provided through our graduate scheme. You will be supported by a mentor and integrated into your team for ongoing development.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Master scheduling for the organization
  • Planning principles, capacity planning, and material requirement planning
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Developing good relationships with all departments
  • Summarizing results in reports or presentations
  • Logistics initiatives
  • Understanding and developing key SPTS planning processes
  • Generating SAP reports and creating controlled measures
  • Understanding and creating data to support KPIs
  • Creating a planning dashboard to support planning measures

This role may involve international travel and working shift patterns to utilize our state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities. Travel and shift details will be communicated in advance. Travel expenses and shift allowances will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain, Business, or Production Planning field
