Scheduling Operations team

We're responsible for planning and coordinating the working day of Trade Operatives to ensure all responsive, planned, and cyclical works are appointed to the satisfaction of the customer. To plan repairs efficiently, we use our scheduling system Total Mobile Optimise, aiming to fill diaries to maximum capacity with minimal travel.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re excited to be looking for a Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team and ensure our customers continue to receive a service second to none – and we need you!

Your responsibilities include planning and coordinating the working day of trade operatives, providing them with all necessary information to carry out their works. You will ensure diaries are optimized for maximum capacity with minimal travel, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and maintaining outstanding customer service, health and safety prioritization, and vulnerability considerations.

You will work collaboratively with all stakeholders, including our customers, on a daily basis to deliver a seamless service.
