Gripple invites graduates to join the Graduate Scheme 2027 (Operations Pathway) in Sheffield. The 12-month programme starts September 2027 with rotations and projects tailored to your pathway, plus a month overseas on a live project and a six-week production-team rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduates who have completed or are on track to complete a Bachelor’s degree within the last two years.

Responsibilities

• 12-month training with rotations and projects tailored to the chosen pathway.
• One month overseas at a global site working on a real project.
• Six-week rotation leading a production team in a Gripple factory.
• Mentoring from Learning & Development and a senior pathway mentor.
• Participation in Gripple Foundation and graduate team charity challenges.
