Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree within the last two years; first or 2:1 preferred in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Rotations and project work around key business areas, tailored to pathway.
• One month based overseas at one of Gripple's global sites on a real project.
• Six-week rotation leading a production team in one of Gripple's factories.
• Mentoring from the Learning & Development team plus a professional mentor aligned with pathway.
• Gripple Foundation and graduate team charity challenge for networking opportunities.
