Graduate Hydraulics Engineer role at M-Sport UK based at Dovenby Hall promises hands-on experience building, developing and testing high-performance hydraulic systems for premier motorsport programmes. Qualifications

• Engineering qualification in Motorsport/Mechanical/Automotive or related field.
• Motorsport passion and drive to progress in a high-performance environment.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced hands-on setting.
• Meticulous attention to detail with practical, methodical problem solving.
• Excellent communication with colleagues across departments.
• Commitment to delivering high performance under tight deadlines.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering software packages.

Responsibilities

• Assist build, development and testing of hydraulic systems (brake callipers, dampers, power steering, hydraulic pumps).
• Support planning and forecasting to keep projects on track and on time.
• Learn and improve processes in the Hydraulics Department.
• Prepare and issue technical documentation for builds and development.
• Conduct quality and build checks to meet standards.
• Assist with tracking and lifing of hydraulic components for reliability.
• Analyze issues and report to improve system reliability and performance.
• Support system layout, component selection and integration across programmes.
• Collaborate with technicians, suppliers, Engineering and Design to ensure hydraulic system functionality.
