M-Sport UK, based at Dovenby Hall, invites applications for a Graduate Hydraulics Engineer as part of the 2027/28 intake. You will join the Hydraulics team, contributing to build, development and testing of high‑performance hydraulic systems for competition cars.

The role interfaces with Engineering and Design, offering hands-on experience and opportunities to drive reliability, performance and continuous improvement within a high‑performance motorsport setting.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in motorsport or related field.
• Genuine motorsport passion and drive to progress.
• Keen to learn and take on hands-on challenges.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a practical approach.
• Excellent communication across departments.
• Pride in delivering high-quality work to deadlines.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and engineering software.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the build, development and testing of hydraulic systems.
• Support planning and forecasting to keep projects on track.
• Learn and improve processes within the Hydraulics Department.
• Prepare and issue technical documentation for builds.
• Conduct quality and build checks on hydraulic components.
• Track and lifing of hydraulic components for reliability.
• Analyse and report issues to improve system performance.
• Support system layout and integration across programmes.
• Collaborate with technicians, suppliers and other departments.
