Job title: Graduate Air Modelling & Simulation Engineer

Location: Warton/Samlesbury (Lancashire)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. For this role, you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you'll be doing:

Modeling & Simulation has applications throughout the engineering lifecycle, including:

  1. Prototyping and evaluating early design concepts.
  2. Producing realistic models of system performance.
  3. Developing complex networked simulations for front-line training.
  4. Preparing and improving software toolsets such as computational fluid dynamics or electromagnetics simulation.
  5. Validation and documentation of toolsets.
  6. Developing new prototype Virtual Reality or Artificial Intelligence demonstrators to enhance product usability or design.

Qualification requirements

Minimum requirements include a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Game Development (including AR/VR), Computer Graphics (Warton-based roles), Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM subjects with modelling and simulation modules.
