Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is recruiting Graduate Engineers for its MEP engineering teams to join in London, York, Birmingham or Manchester from September/October 2026. The role demands clear communication, a proactive team approach and the ability to collaborate across disciplines within a hybrid work setting.

Graduates with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, strong presentation skills and familiarity with Amtech, MicroStation and Relux are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated team player with minimal supervision.
• Able to build strong inter-disciplinary relationships and promote a One Team ethos.
• Good understanding of CDM regulations (training provided).
• Experience with Amtech, MicroStation and Relux Design Software (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Ensure designs meet CRE/Lead Engineers' requirements.
• Ensure designs meet timescales set by the CRE/Lead Engineer.
• Plan allocated design works to meet deadlines.
• Identify changes to client requirements and raise them with the CRE/Lead Engineer.
