Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland invites applications for Graduate Engineers to join our MEP engineering teams in York, London, Birmingham, or Manchester from September/October 2026. The roles suit ambitious engineers who can communicate effectively and thrive in a high-performance team environment.

Candidates should hold a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree and be immediately available to start. This hybrid role offers collaboration across disciplines and strong training in CSM/CDM regulations and

Qualifications

Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering degree.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A self-motivated team player able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to build and maintain good relationships with engineers from other internal discipline teams to promote good inter-discipline working relationships and a "One Team" ethos.
Good understanding of CSM/CDM regulations and requirements. (Internal training will be provided.)
Experience in the use of Amtech, MicroStation and Relux Design Software. (Training will be provided)

Responsibilities

Ensuring designs are completed to meet CRE/Lead Engineers requirements.
Ensuring designs are completed to the timescales agreed with the CRE/Lead Engineer.
Planning the allocated design works to meet the agreed timescales.
Identify changes to the projects client requirements and raise the changes with the CRE/Lead Engineer.
