Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking ambitious Graduate Engineers to join our MEP engineering teams in Birmingham (Hybrid work) starting September/October 2026. You will contribute to the delivery of transit and mobility infrastructure projects as part of a high‑performance team.

The role suits graduates with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Training on Amtech, MicroStation and Relux will be provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering degree required.
• Experience with Amtech, MicroStation and Relux Design Software; training provided.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• This role requires immediate start; graduates must have already graduated.

Responsibilities

• Ensure designs meet CRE/Lead Engineer requirements.
• Ensure designs meet timescales agreed with CRE/Lead Engineer.
• Plan allocated design works to meet timescales.
• Identify changes to client requirements and raise changes with CRE/Lead Engineer.
