Job summary

EGGER UK is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Support Engineer to join our Maintenance team in Auchinleck. You will gain hands-on experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment, supporting plant reliability, maintenance improvements and engineering projects.

From day one, you will work with experienced engineers, contribute to preventive maintenance, learn SAP PM, and develop skills across reliability, project engineering and continuous improvement in a global manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required or near graduation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• CAD experience and Excel proficiency desired.

Responsibilities

• Support Mechanical Engineer and Engineering Manager with maintenance and engineering projects.
• Assist with equipment failure investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain engineering drawings, documentation and equipment records.
