Leonardo in Edinburgh offers a 4-year Mechanical Engineering Graduate Apprenticeship in our Radar and Advanced Targeting line. You will support design and development of cutting-edge radar and EO products under experienced engineers, with on-site and university-based study commitments.

You'll rotate through projects, learning through work-based learning and day release, with a path to a BSc/Hons degree on completion.

Qualifikationen

• 4 Higher Grades (or equivalent): BBBB.
• Mandatory: Mathematics and Physics or a Technology subject.
• Preferred: English and another STEM subject.
• National 5: A-C in English.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to development and delivery of radar, laser and infrared countermeasure products within IPTs or central analysis team.
• Receive training in technical and soft skills tailored to role and area of business.
• Accelerate competency through rotational placements across projects and product lifecycle stages.
• Pursue formal training, site visits, and industry updates to stay current.
