Galliford Try Group is offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme for a Mechanical Engineer (Environment) starting September 2027. You’ll work with Fabrications teams, manage multi-project delivery, and contribute to safety, quality and environmental standards while gaining professional qualifications.

The programme supports hands-on experience, mentorship, and potential relocation between Huthwaite and Keighley, with a starting salary of £29,500 and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering completed or in progress by September 2027.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and proactive learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support design and execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, operations and site teams to meet KPI targets.
• Assist in creating estimates, drawings and documentation.
• Support site surveys, design development and manufacture drawings.
