JOB - Graduate Mechanical Engineer
LOCATION - High Wycombe
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (plus benefits)
Premier Engineering is working with a growing engineering company based in High Wycombe who are looking to bring on a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join their team and support a variety of exciting projects.
The Graduate Mechanical Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (BEng, MEng, etc.)
- Strong interest in design, development, and manufacturing processes
- Some experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks (placement or academic use)
- Good understanding of engineering principles and materials
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a hands-on engineering environment
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

The Graduate Mechanical Engineer role will involve:

- Supporting the design and development of mechanical components and systems
- Assisting with CAD modelling and technical drawings
- Working alongside senior engineers to gain hands-on project experience
- Contributing to product development and process improvement activities
- Supporting documentation, testing, and production activities as needed
