Graduate / Junior Mechanical Engineer – HVAC Focus

Northampton | £28,000 – £30,000 | Full-Time | Permanent

We’re recruiting on behalf of a engineering firm based in Northampton, currently looking to grow their HVAC team with a motivated and eager-to-learn Graduate / Junior Mechanical Engineer.

The Role

You'll be involved in a range of HVAC-focused projects, gaining hands-on experience in system design, planning, and delivery. With structured training and ongoing support from experienced engineers, this is a brilliant opportunity to develop both technical and practical skills in a growing sector.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in HVAC engineering
• Any experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus
• A basic understanding of HVAC principles is beneficial
• A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
