Qualifications

• MEng or BEng in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Some experience in building services design is beneficial.
• Revit experience would be advantageous.
• IES modelling experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outlining design schemes.
• Visit sites to monitor construction progress.
• Ensure services comply with building regulations and standards.
• Produce drawings under engineer direction.
• Assist with document checks and detailed calculations.
• Use CAD and BIM tools to design systems for each project.
• Assist with installation of building systems and specify maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors.
• Seek learning opportunities in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
