Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. in Peterborough is seeking a Graduate Materials Engineer to join our Engineering team on a hybrid basis, starting September 2027. You'll gain hands-on experience across major infrastructure projects.

You will work with experienced professionals, develop your technical knowledge, and progress toward a career in Materials Engineering while contributing to essential water infrastructure and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• A 2:2 degree in Materials Science or an Engineering-related field, or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical data, both in writing and orally.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as to take individual responsibility and make decisions.
• Ability to apply scientific reasoning to industrial situations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
