Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, and maintain relationships. You’ll understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn how to run a profitable business. Delivering exceptional customer service and effective communication are key skills you will develop, including influencing and interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

You will learn sales techniques, problem solving, and conflict management, enabling you to market to local businesses and build lasting relationships with decision makers. You will also learn to mentor, train, and manage staff, with development rewarded through pay increases and promotions.

Qualifications
