Initially, you'll participate in a virtual classroom orientation, followed by hands-on training at a branch office, where you'll learn valuable business skills from experienced mentors, including our current CEO who started as a graduate.
This program provides a comprehensive understanding of our business, emphasizing management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, and understand financial aspects like cost control and P&L management. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. You will also develop skills in mentoring, training, managing staff, and promoting within the company, with rewards including pay increases and promotions.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be considered as a substitute. A full manual UK driving license is required, with accommodations available for applicants with disabilities. No drug or alcohol-related offenses on your driving record within the last five years are permitted.
