As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make important business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, and understand cost control and profitability. You will learn customer service, communication, influence, sales techniques, problem-solving, conflict management, and staff development. These skills will enable you to build relationships with business partners and eventually manage your own team and profits. Promotions and pay increases are based on your development and performance.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be considered as an alternative.
A full manual UK driving licence is required, with accommodations for disabilities. No recent drug or alcohol-related offences on your driving record are permitted.
