XPO Graduate Management Programme offers ambitious graduates a fast-track career in logistics and supply chain. Over two years, you’ll rotate through three eight-month placements across UK operations, leading teams, solving problems and delivering for customers.

You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, work with senior leaders, and benefit from mentoring, a guaranteed role at the end, and extensive development including qualifications and a broad network.
