Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is offering a two-year Graduate programme in Planning, Supply Chain & Logistics, starting September 2027. You will rotate through eight placements, gaining exposure to Master Production Scheduling, Line Side Logistics, and more, while developing leadership and technical skills.

You will join a global graduate community with dedicated development weeks and structured training across soft skills, inclusion, and resilience.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in a related field as listed.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment and drive innovation.
• Self-aware with a proactive development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversize transport and logistics activities including special handling.
• Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted flow.
• Optimize lineside logistics to ensure parts on time.
• Design and execute the master production schedule to balance capacity and demand.
• Build the future by designing and deploying automated warehouse systems.
• Digitise operations including new AI tools.
• Drive decarbonisation of the supply chain.
