Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate or recent graduate aiming to gain practical experience in education.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a supportive team.
• Able to engage with children and young people in classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with additional needs in the classroom.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Help pupils engage with learning and develop independence.
• Support social, emotional and behavioural development.
• Encourage confidence and positive relationships.
• Work alongside experienced teachers and support staff.
• Help create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment.
