Qualifications

• Degree from a Russell Group University.
• First-Class Honours Degree or strong 2:1.
• Degree in Psychology, Education Studies, or a closely related subject.
• Excellent GCSE results in Mathematics, English, and Science.
• Strong A-Level results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for education and child development.
• Positive, proactive, and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
• Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Supporting children who require additional learning or pastoral support.
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience.
• Supporting interventions in literacy and numeracy.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers.
• Working with parents, teachers, and specialist staff as appropriate.
• Contributing to the school's warm, inclusive ethos.
