Job summary

Step Into Teaching, in Basildon, Essex, is partnering with a supportive primary school to recruit a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team for the full academic year. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to support literacy and numeracy, assist with lesson preparation, and help manage a positive learning environment while working closely with teachers and SEN staff.

This is a fantastic entry into teaching, SEN, or educational psychology, with a chance to gain hands-on classroom

Qualifications

• A 2:2 degree or above (any subject - English/Maths desirable).

Responsibilities

• Full academic year commitment required
• Monday to Friday (term time only)
• £500-£520 per week
• 1:1 and small group support

Key Responsibilities:
