Job summary

The salary starts at £22k and rises to £23k after 6 months, with preference for recent science graduates or those with production experience. The position involves manufacturing and packaging operations, GMP compliance, and maintaining accurate batch documentation.

Qualifications

• Recent science graduate or production/lab experience desired.
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach.
• Comfortable following SOPs and completing documentation.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manufacturing and packaging operations per SOPs.
• Work to GMP, quality, hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Complete in-process checks, environmental monitoring and batch documentation.
• Operate production equipment and carry out basic maintenance/changeovers.
• Report deviations, safety concerns and mechanical issues promptly.
• Support process improvements and wider departmental projects.
• Maintain accurate records and a safe, organised working environment.

Education

Science degree preferred
