Job summary

Cranleigh STEM is seeking a Graduate Laboratory Production Technician to join an established animal healthcare manufacturing team in Berkshire. The role offers hands-on, technician-level work suitable for a recent science graduate or someone with production experience.

You will carry out manufacturing and packaging operations, adhere to GMP and health and safety standards, and maintain accurate batch documentation. A driving licence is required and shifts operate on a rotating three-week pattern.

Qualifications

• A science-related degree is preferred but not essential.
• Manufacturing, production or laboratory experience would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Comfortable following regulated procedures and completing documentation.
• A proactive and collaborative team player.

Shift pattern:

• Monday–Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm
• Seven days off
• Thursday–Saturday, 7:30am–6:00pm
• Sunday off
• Monday–Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm
