Job summary

Cranleigh Scientific is seeking a Graduate Laboratory Production Technician in Berkshire. You will carry out manufacturing and packaging operations in accordance with SOPs, work to GMP, quality, hygiene and health and safety standards, and perform in-process checks and batch documentation.

The role involves operating production equipment, basic maintenance, reporting deviations, supporting process improvements, and maintaining accurate records in a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• A science-related degree is preferred but not essential.
• Manufacturing, production or laboratory experience would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Comfortable following regulated procedures and completing documentation.
• A proactive and collaborative team player.

30 hours per week – rotating shifts

Driving licence required.

The role:

Shift pattern:

The role operates on a rotating three-week pattern:

• Monday–Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm
• Seven days off
• Thursday–Saturday, 7:30am–6:00pm
• Sunday off
• Monday–Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm
