Job summary

Zurich invites applications for an Accounting Graduate Programme 2027 in Whiteley, starting September 2027. This permanent, structured scheme offers three one-year rotations across accounting teams, with sponsorship to pursue ACCA or CIMA and hands-on experience in real projects that drive value for customers and the business.

You will join a hybrid workforce with strong support, a competitive package, and opportunities to grow within Zurich Insurance.

Qualifications

Indefinite, full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
Hybrid work model; start in the office for training and integration.
Some teams may require most of the week in the office.
Numerical degree preferred, but not required; passion for accounting matters more.
Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent), predicted or recently achieved (within last 3 years).
At least 96 UCAS points from 3 A‑Levels (or equivalent).
GCSE: English and MathsGrade C/4 or higher (or equivalent).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

Three one-year rotations across accounting teams.
Study towards ACCA or CIMA to align with rotations.
Work on real projects delivering value to the business and customers.
Contribute to process transformation and financial analysis throughout the programme.
