Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Reading, England, is seeking an Interview Coordinator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with hybrid working (3 days in office).

You will coordinate graduate, apprentice and placement interviews and act as the key link between candidates, hiring managers and the recruitment team. You’ll deliver an outstanding candidate experience, manage communications, and keep recruitment trackers up to date, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Experience managing interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews for Early Careers recruitment campaigns with a seamless scheduling process.
• Gather availability from hiring managers and align interview schedules with candidates.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates via phone and email.
• Monitor recruitment inbox and respond to queries and interview requests.
• Provide updates on interview activity and campaign progress with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and scheduling records.
