Job summary

Fisher German LLP invites graduates to join our Infrastructure Services division to help deliver infrastructure projects across markets. You will be involved from land referencing to securing consents and settling compensation, while supporting commercial property management and stakeholder liaison.

Applicants should have an RICS-accredited degree, aspire to MRICS, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel. This is a fast-growing team with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate from an RICS accredited degree.
• Be committed to professional career development to become a Chartered member of the RICS (MRICS).
• Have a passion and interest in the built and/or natural environment.
• Have excellent people and communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to identify and solve problems.
• Have good attention to detail.
• Adopt a consultative approach, able to identify and solve problems.
• Have the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at any one time, highly agile and responsive to changing client and site requirements.
• Have access to transport, or be willing to do so by the time you start work, as travel to out of town client sites is common.
• Enjoy going out and about in all weathers, travelling across the region or further afield and working outside of the normal 9-5 when required.
• Will be working in the Infrastructure Services division, involved in a wide variety of work including infrastructure projects above and below ground, assisting with commercial property management and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure schemes from day one across multiple markets.
• Involve in land referencing, negotiating survey access, securing consents, and settling compensation claims.
• Assist with commercial property management and liaise with Property Owners, Asset Managers and Tenants.
