Fisher German is looking for a candidate to join their Infrastructure Services division in Bury St Edmunds. This role involves managing various infrastructure projects and providing land consultancy services, emphasizing client interactions and strong interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate should hold MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications, exhibit exceptional communication skills, and possess solid organizational capabilities. The position offers a permanent full-time contract with hybrid working options and an extensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferably).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Advising on and managing infrastructure projects from a local to national scale.
• Providing land consultancy advice to clients for various work types.
• Liaising with landowners and dealing with public enquiries.
• Reporting directly to clients on progression with projects.
• Supporting the training and mentoring of graduates.
