Qualifications

• Hold, or be working towards, a degree in any subject.
• Communicate confidently and engage with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

• Identify landowners and occupiers for projects.
• Research land ownership and land rights.
• Review Land Registry records and legal documents.
• Support Development Consent Order (DCO) and CPO projects.
• Produce statutory documentation and maintain land information.
• Collaborate with project teams and GIS specialists.
