Job summary
Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Southampton is seeking a Graduate Major Infrastructure Planner for its Autumn 2027 Graduate Programme.
Join a market-leading Community Development team and develop town planning expertise in a multidisciplinary environment with colleagues across Stantec. You’ll gain experience on NSIPs and local planning, assist with project coordination, research, site appraisals and planning documents, and contribute to policy development and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Town Planning or Geography.
- Support for professional accreditation with RTPI is offered.
- Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking planning research and site selection appraisals to support project development.
- Coordination of stakeholder engagement and preparing information.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Supporting community engagement and stakeholder consultation activities.
- Contributing to the promotion of local plans and planning policy responses.
- Working on a diverse range of major infrastructure projects
