Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Partner to support Fulfillment Center leadership by handling employee relations, compliance, and program delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor on people matters and partner with HR teams to improve the Associate experience.

You will analyze attrition and attendance data, support investigations, and help implement communication plans across the site. A university degree in HR and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Basic university degree in HR or related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in human resources or payroll practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support site leaders on HR topics and employee relations.
• Act as point of contact for associates and HR needs.
• Manage employee cases and assist investigations in line with local law.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Payroll and Hiring teams on programs.
